Level of Complexity: Cocktail Connoisseur
This one is super simple, quite dry and crazy refreshing. The liquorice and spruce really shine through in the gin. It’s a great, easy fall alternative to heavier, boozier cocktails.
- 1.5 oz Devine Sloe Gin
- 0.5oz Fernando De Castilla Amontillado Sherry
- 1/8 pipet Spiced Apple Dashfire bitters
- 1/8 pipet Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate bitters
- Soda water
- Lemon peel
Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add everything to the Collins glass except the lemon and stir for five seconds to chill. You don’t want to dilute.
Express the lemon peel over the glass to release the oils and pop the lemon in the glass.
