Ingredients

• 2 oz Dutch Courage
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Country Bee Hot Pepper Honey Simple Syrup ( 2 parts honey dissolved in 1 part hot water)
• Chilli Peppers

 

Method

Combine gin, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with chilli pepper or lemon peel. For extra spice, split a chilli pepper and allow it to steep in the hot honey simple syrup.
