The Product

A terroir focused and authentically grain-to-glass single malt whisky, our Glen Saanich is made from the finest barley grown and malted just minutes from our distillery on the Saanich Peninsula.

The Process

We mill, mash, ferment, distill twice and mature our new make spirit in once-used Bourbon barrels for at least 3 years in the tradition of the finest single malt whiskies.

Tasting Notes

Notes of citrus and ripe pear give way to vanilla, cinnamon and clove, then a lingering malty finish and a whiff of sea air.

How to Sip

Neat, with a side of water or ice to add to suit your taste preference.
