We have added one simple ingredient - TIME - to our award-winning Ancient Grains 'Young' Whisky. The result? One of the most unique whiskies you'll ever taste. A refined, nuanced and sophisticated 5-grain whisky built on the unmistakable aroma and flavour characteristics captured in our beloved flagship Ancient Grains 'Young' Whisky.

The Process

Distilled from BC grown barley, spelt, emmer, khorasan, and einkorn - the ancestors of all modern grains - and matured in new American oak casks for at least 3 years.

Tasting Notes

Subtle notes of golden raisins, macadamia nuts combine with spicy notes of clove, allspice and light char.
