There should be a love song written about whisky, wine & chocolate. This beloved port-style wine cask finished expression of our Glen Saanich pairs beautifully with citrus and honey simple syrup for an easy to put together (and easy going down) cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz DEVINE Glen Saanich Port-Style Wine Finished Whisky
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz honey simple syrup ( 2 parts honey dissolved in 1 part hot water)
- 1 egg (egg white only)
Method
Dry shake whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white for 10 seconds, then add ice to shaker and shake again for 5 seconds. Double strain into glass!
