The Classic Martini
Of all the cocktails, the martini is perhaps the most iconic. Whether a starting point on your cocktail journey, or something you revisit, we recommend a martini made with the highest quality ingredients. With so few ingredients, each one is so important.
Some more interesting and compelling information. Perhaps about the technique, the history, the origins, the production process of the spirits or the serving options for glassware. Lots of possibilities to tell the story.
Chill a coupe glass in the freezer 10 minutes before making the cocktail.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker starting with the least expensive in case you make a mistake (so the bitters, then the lime, then the purée, then finally the genever. This will be the same for all the cocktails I make). Top with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain in to the chilled the coupe glass and garnish with the fennel sprig.
