Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sloe Gin
  • Top with a local Sparkling Wine
  • Garnish with a lemon spiral


Method

Pour 1 oz of Sloe Gin into a champagne flute, then top with sparkling wine. Twist a lemon down into the glass and cheers to you!
