The Duchess Sweet-tini is a botanical masterpiece. The combination of herbs, spices and roots within our Genever makes for a adventurous sip on it's own, but especially so when paired with Esquimalt Vermouth's mead base Bianco Sweet Vermouth - adding layers of lemon & vanilla to the bouquet of 22 botanicals that is already enjoyed in our Genever Dutch-Style Gin.
- 2 oz DEVINE Genever
- 1 oz Esquimalt Bianco Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- Garnish options: lemon twist, flower, rosemary or dittany of Crete flower as seen here.
Load everything in a shaker. Top with ice and give her a good shake til the tin is icy cold. Double strain in to a martini glass and garnish.
