This prohibition-era cocktail invented at the New York Waldorf Astoria hotel is given new life with our refreshingly tart & lively Sloe Gin.
- 1.5 oz DEVINE Sloe Gin
- 3/4 oz Apricot Liqueur
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- .25 oz Honey Simple Syrup (2 parts honey dissolved in 1 part hot water)
Add all ingredients over ice into a shaker. Shake to desired dilution. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
