Level of Complexity: Home Bartender Friendly
This is an amazing summer cocktail and we hope the Brazilians don't mind us putting a BC twist on their national drink.
Usually with a traditional caipirinha you would add sugar and sliced lime to a glass, muddle, then add cachaça and ice and stir down. But we're shaking this one because the honey syrup is thick and we want the drink to emulsify properly.
- 1 oz DEVINE Honey Shine Silver
- 1 oz cachaça
- 4 tsp creamed honey syrup*
- 2 tsp lemon
- 2 tsp lime juice
Add everything to a shaking tin, add ice and shake well. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a dehydrated lemon or lime. Saúde!
