DEVINE Caipirinha

Level of Complexity: Home Bartender Friendly

This is an amazing summer cocktail and we hope the Brazilians don't mind us putting a BC twist on their national drink. 

Usually with a traditional caipirinha you would add sugar and sliced lime to a glass, muddle, then add cachaça and ice and stir down. But we're shaking this one because the honey syrup is thick and we want the drink to emulsify properly. 


  • 1 oz DEVINE Honey Shine Silver
  • 1 oz cachaça
  • 4 tsp creamed honey syrup*
  • 2 tsp lemon
  • 2 tsp lime juice


Add everything to a shaking tin, add ice and shake well. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a dehydrated lemon or lime. Saúde!

*Creamed Honey Syrup

  • 1/2 cup creamed honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Method

    Add to a pot and bring to boil. Leave to cool and keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
