Level of Complexity: Home Bartender Friendly (+ extra time for colour)

Sip on Spring! Sun is up, bees are buzzing and the flowers are in bloom. This DEVINE Cocktail is inspired by Bilston Creek, one of our favourite local lavender farms, celebrates an exquisite bloom of lavender, honey and citrus flavours with a pinkish hue that catapults the senses into one of our favourite seasons to experience on the coast! Sip and dream of prancing through lavender rows, with the sun on your back and a cool coastal breeze blowing your hair.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Honey Shine Silver Honey 'Rum'
• 1 oz Bilston Creek Farm Lavender Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 4 Drop Orange Rootside Bitters
• 3 Pea Flower Leaves

Method 

Shake up over ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with lavender and for the colour, soak 3 pea flower leaves into the spirit for an hour before adding to the shaker.
