From the depths of our distillery, Cask #32 was carefully plucked from our whisky library to showcase this expression of our Glen Saanich as a snapshot from this unique moment in time. 

Matured in first-fill ex-Woodford Reserve Standard Bourbon American Oak casks for 37.5 months, and made available to you at its natural cask strength.

'S'mores by campfire' 

Backlit by the flickering flames of a late-night campfire, your dram glows gold in contrast to the dark starry night.  As you raise your glass, your nose catches a whiff of sweet vanilla and caramelized sugar, and a perfectly charred marshmallow after being nestled deep amongst the red embers of the fire. The palm-warmed whisky first makes its way to your lips with subtle heat, then gently gives way to a host of graham cracker flavours of honey, dry biscuit and subtle spice. The delicate oaky finish holds this expression together like the melting chocolate of your perfectly constructed s'more. Its impression lingers with warmth, as does the smoke on your clothes and the memories created after a night making s'mores by campfire with friends.
